Talk about a GM's and coach's dream (except for the whole injury thing). I mean, what are the odds Yao ever says anything controversial? Hundred-thousand to one? A million?

Yao Ming back in the States

I have been back in Houston for almost a week now.  I went to a Rockets home game last Wednesday against Sacramento.  It was good to see everybody even though we lost that game.  Shane Battier had a great game with 7 blocks.  He's going to take my job with block numbers like that.

The next night I went to the Rockets Tux & Tennies gala.  Some good stuff was auctioned off.  A couple of guys bought trips to travel with the team to China for next year's  preseason game.  Shane Battier gave a great speech to talk about that trip that really got people interested in winning that auction.
