Steve Nash is excited for Game 6 in Portland. I wonder if Kobe can say the same about Game 5 against the Oklahoma City Durantulas. That series is deadlocked 2-2.
Must suck to be in the playoffs but have to sit on the bench. At least that gives Greg the time to share his thoughts with us. The series is all tied up, 1-1. Game 3 is tonight at 10pm ET.
The Game dropped "400 Bars" this week (download "400 Bars" / The Game). If you don't know what 'dropping bars' means, then you probably spend too much time listening to hipster music. A typical rap verse is 16 bars. So when The Game dropped 400 bars — more than 20 minutes of nonstop rapping — rap fans paid attention, and if you pay attention right now, you can hear him namedrop Playmaker Mobile athlete and Milwaukee Bucks phenom Brandon Jennings (if you're lazy, which you are, skip to the 11:20 mark). After the NBA playoffs I'll bug Brandon for some exclusive pics featuring him and The Game, whose The R.E.D. Album is supposed to drop this summer on June 15.
I heard the other day Steve Nash was the only NBA MVP to not have played in an NBA Finals. Maybe I heard it wrong. Maybe it's not true. Maybe it is. But now that I've published it on the Internet you might as well consider it FACT. That is how the Internet works.
